Return Policy

We want you to love your candles. If something's not right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. Candles must be unused and unburned. Original packaging is not required.

Refunds: After we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Items: If your candle arrived broken or defective, contact us right away for priority handling.

Different Scent? We don't do direct exchanges. Return the candle you have and place a new order for the scent you want.
